RBM INDUSTRIAL BAGS/ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER...WE DO NOT KEEP STOCK. Please note the proposed shipping/dispatch date and add time for delivery.

All items are deemed delivered on dispatch. If you wish to take out extra insurance at your cost, to ensure your items arrive hassle free, RBM Industrial Bags encourage you to do so. Returns for ordering the incorrect item will not be accepted.  

RBM Industrial Bags reserves the right to charge the total sum and dispatch the quantity ordered on the original (first draft) purchase order we receive, if manufacture has commenced . No exceptions. (Bulk Orders) 

A minimum lead time of 30 days for Purchase Orders of 10 or more items is standard, unless otherwise negotiated with RBM Industrial Bags prior to submitting a PO. Private website orders are generally dispatched within 21-30 days of the PO date. 

RBM reserves the right to charge the total sum of items ordered on your original purchase order. 

RBM Industrial Bags kindly request you clearly state on company Purchase Orders, all stenciling/branding and colour combinations reqired. If it is NOT on the PO, RBM Industrial Bags will assume you do not want items stenciled, or have specific colour combination preferences in mind.

The items pictured on this website are representations only. If you would like the colour combination you've seen here please, state it in an email, on the Purchase Order or alternatively, pay for the specific colour combination when ordering your item. This will ensure you get exactly what you want.  RBM Industrial Bags will not reproduce items because of a colour descrepancy.

Payment Terms are strictly 45 days on all bulk orders. No negotiations or exceptions.

This condition only applies to valid/recognised account holders. If your company is not a recognised account holder, PO’s are to be paid for in full before goods are dispatched.
